Good Value - Thin MaterialFrame is way better than the actual tent -- one of the seems on a zipper was ripped out of the bag, material is very thin. Bought this for a tailgating tent and it work swell for this. Only major complaint on the tent itself is no way to secure bottom of side walls if windy at all -- normally there is some kind of D-rings or straps sewn on for this.
