Includes 5-year against manufacturing defects. Width is 60 inches and projection is 42 inches. Easy to install. Assembly and installation instructions are included. Assembly Required. Nice awning at a better price than the big box stores.Great awning at a great price from Amazon. My young handyman assembled and installed it from start to finish in 40 minutes. I like that we could adjust the awning to a steeper pitch to catch large snow avalanches off the steep metal roof on my 1906 house and direct them away from a corner where the snow piles up. Additionally, this awning shades my swamp cooler during our warm summers here in the high desert. It seems to be reasonably sturdy, so far.
