The canopy was delivered when promised. Two of the poles that support the tent were damaged chipped during shipping. I contacted Wayfair the seller thru Amazon the same day. I received the replacement parts, Wayfair shipped via FedEx express, two days later. They are one of the most responsive customer service organizations that I have ever dealt with.
