I purchased this cover due to excellent pricing, when I received it I was not able to install it for 2 weeks, when I did it was 6 to 8 to short to wrap over the 20 length. Canopy was also to short in width by about 4 to 6 was able to get on with cords. I allowed cover to stay on for 2 weeks hoping the material would stretch but it has not. Not that be a good thing if it had fit. I am not willing to cut my pipes down to make it fit.
